1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website 2jkronen.com and to all bookings of holiday chalets made with 2J Holding GmbH ("we", "us"). Our booking conditions and cancellation policy form part of every booking.
2. Our services
2J Holding GmbH offers private holiday chalets in the Austrian Alps for rent under the brand 2J Kronen and arranges related services such as catering, transfers and activities. The quote states who the contracting party is and which services are included.
3. Using the website
You agree to give accurate information in your request, to use the website lawfully and not to disturb its operation or try to access areas that are not public.
4. Request and booking
- A request through the website is an enquiry, not a booking.
- We reply with a quote, usually within one working day.
- The contract is concluded when you accept the quote and we receive the deposit, or when we confirm the booking in writing.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT where it applies, unless the quote says otherwise. Local tourist tax, if any, is not included. Optional services are quoted separately. Payment terms are set out in the booking conditions.
6. Cancellation
The cancellation policy applies. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date (§18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG).
7. Descriptions and photographs
We describe our chalets and take photographs with care. Photographs are examples; furnishings, décor and surroundings may change with the seasons. Minor differences are not a defect.
8. Guest conduct and liability of guests
Guests must follow the house rules and local laws and are liable for damage they cause, as set out in the booking conditions.
9. Our liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law does not allow liability to be limited. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and only for the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logo and design of this website belong to 2J Holding GmbH or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
11. Governing law and disputes
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence remain unaffected, and consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you book applies to your booking.
