The Residence
Chalet Zirbe Royal stands between Going and St. Johann in a quiet rural neighbourhood. The setting is calm and gets plenty of sun. From the house you look out to the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn.
A forest for walking sits close by, and the cross-country ski trails start a short distance away. The chalet was finished in November 2022. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a separate guest or staff suite and a garden house. The roof truss is exposed reclaimed wood. The kitchen is high-end with a separate back kitchen. There is an elevator, external Venetian blinds, geothermal heating, a residential ventilation system and a BUS system with alarm. Lighting is carefully planned. An open fireplace and a wine cellar are included. The wellness area has a sauna and steam bath. Five parking spaces are provided, two of them covered.
