Chalet Thronalm Edelstein

Chalet Thronalm Edelstein sits in the centre of Königsleiten and sleeps eight. High ceilings and a modern Austrian interior of wood and solid materials make the rooms feel open. The living area has a large seating space with a fireplace and an open kitchen with a cooking island. A loft upstairs works as a play and rest space for children.

Large windows in the living room and a balcony with an adjoining terrace look out over the meadows. In winter those meadows become the practice area with a drag lift; in summer the cows graze there. All four double bedrooms have their own bathroom. The chalet also has a Finnish sauna and shower. Three cars fit in the garage underneath, which suits larger groups.

In winter the Zillertal Arena gives you varied skiing. Beginners start on the practice meadow while stronger skiers head straight for the bigger runs. Königsleiten has après-ski options nearby. After that you can sit by the fireplace.

In summer the balcony and terrace catch the morning light over the green meadows. You can take the lift up for a walk or visit the Krimmler waterfalls. There are plenty of hiking and cycling trails around the Zillertal Arena, plus a zipwire and summer toboggan run.
